LED Wall Service - Warranty Policy

In case you run into any issues while using RMGLED products, you are welcome to get in touch with us. The following terms are designed to guarantee that customers can obtain transparent and standardized support during the after-sales service process.


Warranty Service:

  1. Within the warranty period, RMGLED offers complimentary maintenance services.
  2. For damages occurring within two years, RMGLED will provide free replacements for power supplies and receiving cards.
  3. RMGLED shall cover the one-way transportation costs during the warranty period, with such costs not being borne once the warranty expires.
  4. After the warranty period, RMGLED will provide maintenance services at preferential rates.

The following circumstances are not covered by liability or warranty:

  1. Unauthorized disassembly and repair;
  2. Malfunctions caused by incorrect operation or improper usage;
  3. Beyond the warranty period;
  4. Invalid or damaged serial number sealing tape;
  5. Damages resulting from natural disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.
